Industrial Washing Machines

Mexan manufactures a variety of Industrial Washing Machines, both stand alone Cabinet washers (Duzi Series) and conveyorised Tunnel Washers (Tugela Series) that may optionally be integrated into production lines.

The washers are used for a wide range of products, such as: Plastic Crates, Machine Parts, Trolleys, Plastic Bottles, Kegs, Drums, Crockery, Utensils, Trays, Pots, Pans and many other items.

Liquid Filling Machines and Filling Accessories

Mexan manufactures a wide range of Liquid Filling machines, both Gravity fed and Positive Displacement. The standard range, ranges from single head manual fillers to 12 Head Mono Block Rotary Fillers with integrated cappers.

The filling machines cover a wide range of Non-Carbonated liquids, including water, milk, yoghurt, ice cream, juice, concentrates, oil and sorghum beer. Mexan can deliver complete filling lines, including bottle de-bagger, conveyor system, bottle rinser, filler, cap un-scrambler, capper, labeller and packing tables.
